Staff Retreat is with those who work in the ministry with us and their families.  The vision is to set aside quality time with each of them, set goals and vision for the following year, and grow spiritually.  This retreat we went to Lago de Yojoa with 22 adults and 8 children.  We had a five car caravan!  We spent time learning from Octavio, Maria Luisa, and Rafee.  We also had a little fun with a boat ride around the lake and group games.  I think it is safe to say we are all looking forward to Staff Retreat next year!
