I had the privilege of leading a Work & Witness team from Southwest Indiana to Ministerio La Voz (MLV) in Puerto Cortes, Honduras.  We worked on raising a great deal of steel, laying the second level floor, upgrading electricity, started some metal stud upstairs walls, and finished the work on the second level sewing classroom. 

       Workwise, God blessed us in accomplishing a great amount of construction.  But even more of a blessing was the opportunity to develop relationships with the people we worked with, the students we shared testimonies and stories with, and the prayers and witnessing that occurred around the community and within our own team. 

       I personally consider this Work & Witness trip one of the best if not the best one I have experienced in my forty-some projects over the years!  Why?  Because of the great faith exemplified by those involved in this ministry and the many answers to prayer that have occurred over the lifetime of MLV.  God is faithful!  I witnessed souls won to the kingdom, healings, not only spiritually but also physically.  God’s touch upon the bodies of several team members was testified to.  I came home with a renewed sense of what God can do if we only ask and trust Him!
