The Cocal Gracias Project is made of a dedicated team of individuals who strive to make the world a better place. And why that might seem lofty and unachievable, we believe we can accomplish this one goal at a time. We have committed our time and talents to help facilitate, organize, raise funds and construct a functional technical school to serve the people of Cocal one person at a time.
